Priority language translations

Description

It would be interesting to have a priority list of what languages are
prefered to translate first than others. For example, here, there are 4 languages that is most prefered than others. So, it is better [in case of mass translation] to have posts translated first to these 4 language that have more audience than others.

I agree that this is generally a good idea, probably more related to the sitemap integration features, however - I think this feature will have to wait as I am trying to keep things as simple as possible, and for now - mass translations will give a good answer.

Mass translation has really improved, and translating more languages is only marginally slower than a few language, and this priority thing is against the KISS methods we aim to apply
