Easy way to Backup Translated posts

Description
Would be interesting to have a way to backup all translated posts when is necessary to migrate from server or when happen database corruption.
But I think would be also interesting to have some control of what posts to backup, for example, it is possible that some posts was hand-edited, that means that the translation of these hand-edited posts is better than the original translation done by the translation engine. What I mean is that would be interesting to have some control of what to backup, here, the priority is the hand-edited posts.

Transposh has a backup facility for the human translations, this is built in and can be easily used
