Auto translation intervals

Description

Since the translation engines will become better and better it wouldt be useful to have a possibility to retranslate the pages after a certain interval.

My guess is that it would be better if we allow older automated translation to expire after two weeks or so, however ideas on how to achieve that without effecting user experience would be appreciated

The option is now in the admin page [491], if you remove old translations, retranslation will happen
